Allocated Bourbon

Irish whiskey is a distilled spirit produced on the island of Ireland (Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland) from a fermented mash of cereal grains, typically aged for a minimum of three years in oak casks. Known for its exceptional smoothness, it is often triple-distilled, generally unpeated, and comes in four main styles: Pot Still, Malt, Grain, and Blended.
